Instructions Ice for 15-20 minutes. You may repeat ice after 45 min. of not icing. Fill bag with 1/4 water and 1/2 ice	If ice feels to cold then place a paper towel or thin hand towel over skin to avoid ice burn. Do Not Place bags in freezer. Do Not over tighten wrap.
